I am a mindful marketer and seasoned communications professional. My expertise is in developing, growing, and strengthening small businesses and communities through creating and executing on clear, kind, and focused communications plans. I’m a strategist, a writer, a photographer, a producer, and a yogi. I like to say that I’m always searching for the right words, and it’s true. I’m doing it right now! I believe the relationships we make are as important to our health as the food we eat, and I will not sell what I would not buy.

COMMUNITY YOGA: I want to make yoga more accessible. Everybody should have access to the immense medicine that is a yoga practice. I also believe that yoga teachers deserve to be paid and their services should not be under-valued. Both are true. It’s coexistence and the play of opposites! I offer free community yoga classes (almost) every weekend. One day I hope to create a non-profit practice space with bilingual offerings and no financial barriers so that community yoga can be available year round.

My North Star is to make a living by being my best self. It means paying attention, being curious, and being joyfully open to change. It means sometimes compromising a paycheck but never compromising my integrity.

My approach is founded in yoga philosophy, most notably in honesty (satya), non-harm (ahimsa), non-attachment (aparigraha), and contentment (santosha). Above all, I am grateful.

All that I have to offer has been resourced through community. I recognize and honor that this one luscious life is the result of an unfathomable amount of prior circumstances, and so I am here for the moment. I am here for humanity. I am resourced by community, and offering resources right back. Symbiosis.
